Mickey Swafford has been teaching firearms techniques and tactics since 2016 and has been involved in the personal protection business for over 17 years.  He has accumulated over 300 hours of firearms training over the course of 12 years with some of the best instructors in the business, including Clint Smith - Thunder Ranch, Tiger McKee - Shootrite Firearms and Paul Howe - Combat Shooting and Tactics, Matt Graham - Graham Combat.  He has attended and graduated the following firearms instructor programs:

• Tactical Pistol and Rifle Instructors Course - Combat Shooting and Tactics (Paul Howe - Nacogdoches, TX)
• Glock Certified Firearms Instructor (Smyrna, GA)
• NRA  Certified Firearms Instructor
• NRA  Certified RSO

Mickey teaches hand-to-hand defensive tactics daily at his Jiu-Jitsu academy in Chattanooga, TN. He brings thousands of hours of teaching experience to the table. He has carried a handgun daily as a civilian for the past 20 years and believes that all law-abiding citizens should have access to quality firearms training, not just military and law enforcement personnel.
